A PAIN EVERYONE RECOGNISESAt invoicing and month-end, everyone has felt the cost of reconstructing hours, materials and context that were not recorded at the time. This routine preserves the information before it becomes pressure.
COMMERCIAL HANDOVER · LINDALinda does not create the Quote. She receives the accepted Quote, checks whether it already has a Project, assigns or creates the missing link, and makes sure exceptions are resolved before the next phase.
ROUTE RULEThe Project can be inherited. The Job is always deliberate because it supplies the work context.
